Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer labels, security tags, and the invoice included to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your specified address across Egypt.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
